Rev. Martin Moser, OMI, STL

Born in Medicine Hat, Alberta on May 18, 1939. He entered the Oblates of Mary Immaculate in 1958. Ordained to the priesthood in Rome in 1966. Taught Theology and Scripture at Newman Theological College in Edmonton from 1974 to 2003. He was Dean of Theology at Newman College from 1999 to 2000, and Vice-President from 1978-82 and 1996-2000. He was a theological consultant for the Canadian Bishops at the Roman Synod in 1983 and a member of the Canadian Lutheran-Catholic Ecumenical Dialogue from 1986 -1991. He has been teaching Scripture, Theology and Church History at St. Mark's College as a part-time lecturer since 2005. He was pastor of St. Pius X and St. Angela Merici parishes in Edmonton from 1999 to 2003 and pastor of St. Peter's Parish in New Westminster since 2005.
