Description

This course selects texts from the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament) and Christian Scriptures (New Testament) in a strategic comparison to move beyond introductory level concepts and begin to apply a variety of methodologies to specific texts. Comparison between Christian and Jewish Scripture will draw out similar and diverging literary expressions and theological ideas between the two textual traditions.
