Description

This course will study how the Second Vatican Council (1962-1965), responding to the goals set by Pope John XXIII (aggiornamiento, unity of Christians), undertook a profound reflection on ecclesiology, “in the hopes of better defining the Church’s nature, her essential structure, and the meaning of her mission in the modern world” (Marc Cardinal Ouellet).
